IHARADA GALLERY was opened in 1992, on the basis of Kyobashi Gallery which was established by late father Osamu Iharada .
Same generation artists of owner who was born in 1946, are sold and bought. Any kind of genre such as a Japanese picture, the western-style painting, the sculpture, and pottery is in our business line. Feeling can be common each other and sense of values can be shared if it is an artist of same generation. Therefore, it is easy to explain to the collector with 100% understanding.
The auction house is rather popular in Japan. But we are proud to buy and sell only one work of the art in the world. Therefore, how famous the artist is or how low the price is not so important. We are sure communication between artist and collector is much more valuable.
Because of internet development, it comes to be able to offer and gather the information from all of the world. Still we felt strongly that there is no border in the art world.
